The tenant has stopped paying and stopped answering. We issue notice, escalate, and file at the RDC if it comes to it.
Tenant won't vacate
The term has ended, notice was served, and they're still in the unit. There is a defined procedure and we run it.
Rent increase disputed
You want to increase within RERA rules and the tenant is contesting. We evidence the calculation and negotiate or file.
Damage beyond the deposit
Move-out condition is materially worse than move-in and the deposit doesn't cover it. Our photo-documented reports are the evidence.

The practical difference
Under Premium, a contested tenancy is your problem to resolve from abroad. Under Full Management, it's ours to resolve on your behalf. That single difference is why most overseas landlords choose Full Management.
Legal support is Full Management only.
Legal guidance, power-of-attorney representation, dispute resolution, and RDC hearing representation are included with Full Management at AED 8,000 a year, or 10% of annual rent. They are not available on Basic or Premium.
Our representation is included. Third-party costs, such as statutory Rental Dispute Centre filing fees and any external legal counsel where a matter requires it, are passed through at cost, and we tell you the expected cost before anything is filed.

No, if you're on Full Management. We hold power of attorney and attend on your behalf.
Is there an extra fee for RDC representation?
No, our representation is included in your Full Management fee. Third-party costs, such as statutory RDC filing fees or external legal counsel where a matter requires it, are passed through at cost, and we confirm the expected cost before anything is filed.
Are you lawyers?

What's the difference between Premium and Full Management here?
